NC Chassis has more to offer than precision quarter midget racing products. We have evolved into a complete CNC job shop using Fusion 360 CAD drawing software in order to reverse engineer your product and program the manufacturing work. We have machining capabilities in milling, lathe, and centerless and surface grinding work. In order to accommodate a wide range of manufacturing needs, we offer machining of parts as small as paperclip to large machining with a 90” x 100” + capacity utilizing two large horizontals and two large verticals. We have a complete inspection department utilizing a Faro Arm 3D laser scanner, a CMM, and additional optical equipment in order to ensure quality.
